The Inaugaral ETC Fall Ball Memorial event was held on Saturday, 10/20 and Sunday, 10/21/12. It was a successful event with over 1,600 spectators in attendance. Proceeds will distributed to the Edward Taylor Coombs Foundation (ETC), for academic scholarships and education as well as the research of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE). On Oct.12 -13 2013 the Edward Taylor Coombs Foundation will be sponsoring the Edward Taylor Coombs Lacrosse Fallball Shootout event hosted by Hatboro-High School, Marist College and Ursinus College. 01/26/2012 In August, the Marist community mourned the loss of Edward Coombs, a rising sophomore on the Men’s lacrosse team. Coombs, 19, lost his life in a car accident in his hometown of Horsham Township, Pa. Those closest to him called him Eddie and he was well-liked by everyone.
