Our Mission
We intend to give merit awards to graduating seniors who have recognized potential or academic strength, have a desire to participate in and benefit from further education and training, and have shown both maturity and responsibility.
The ETC Foundation strives to spread this mission in the legacy of Edward Taylor Coombs, an academically gifted and athletically talented young man with an easy smile and a huge heart.
